Mirabilis jalapa

Marvel of Peru Rose is a shrub like plant with lovely trumpet shaped pink flowers growing 2-3 feet tall. This perennial produces an abundance of flowers all summer long and makes a wonderful ornamental boarder plant. Its name comes from the fact that the flower opens up in mid day to late afternoon hence 4’Oclock.
