Amaranthus caudatus

One of the most stunning amaranths, this bi-coloured green and purple amaranth has thick long tassels that look like a bunch of marbles connected. Amaranth is one of the most productive summer and early autumn fillers you can grow. The textural stems make a wonderful addition to bouquets and arrangements. Amaranth is also great for drying.
